Her skills and knowledge enable her to achieve high effectiveness
Ewa Adamczyk has been with NAJ International since 1994 and has led the firm as Managing Partner and CEO since 2005. She works with boards of Polish and international companies on C-level, Management Board and Supervisory Board appointments.
In 2014, she led NAJ International’s accession to the International Executive Search Federation (IESF). She represents the firm internationally and coordinates cross-border searches with IESF partners in different markets. She also supports family-owned businesses in succession projects and investment funds in key appointments within portfolio companies.
Her work starts with understanding the client’s business situation, the risks attached to the role and the outcomes expected from the new leader. This keeps the search grounded in the organisation’s real needs rather than in the job description alone.
International projects make one thing very clear: what works in one market cannot simply be copied into another. Sometimes the most useful thing a consultant can say is – Poland works differently.

Why an executive search guarantee matters in senior hiring
An executive search guarantee protects a company when a senior hire does not meet expectations within an agreed period. It is not only a contractual clause, but also a signal that the recruitment agency takes responsibility for the quality of its process. For CEOs, HR Directors, CFOs, procurement leaders and business owners, the guarantee can influence the decision to choose a recruitment partner. Senior hiring is expensive, time-consuming and operationally sensitive. Therefore, the company needs more than a shortlist of candidates. It needs a partner that reduces risk before and…
A cover letter in Poland has travelled a long way, from a handwritten document that could be sent to a graphologist to a short message often prepared with AI. It has not disappeared completely, but it has lost its former character. Then and now, it only makes sense when it adds something that the CV does not show.
From Phone Books to AI. How Executive Search Has Changed.
Finding candidates is easier today. Knowing who truly fits is harder. If I had to explain how executive search has changed in the shortest possible way, I would start with the tools we used then and the tools we use now. Research is faster and richer in data, but finding the right leader still takes much more than access to profiles.
