Agnieszka Stempniewska has been with NAJ International since 2018. She conducts Direct Search research, maps organisations and candidate profiles, and manages first contact in projects covering specialist, managerial and executive roles.
Her strength is process accuracy. She verifies data consistently, structures candidate information and keeps communication moving throughout the research stage. This gives consultants and clients a clear view of the market, while candidates receive professional and well-organised communication from the first contact.
Agnieszka holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Łazarski University. She also brings more than ten years of earlier experience in management and administration, including responsibility for the Board Office of an employers’ organisation. This background translates into strong work discipline, confidentiality and effective coordination in projects involving senior stakeholders.
